Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
